Chris’s place was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family holiday getaway. The Location was great! close to everything. We really enjoyed spending time together here and would definitely come back again. Thank you, Chris, for being a wonderful host!

Chris’s place was exactly as described. The place was clean and there were all of the amenities that were described in the listing. It was very easy to check in and check out. I would definitely stay here again, it was very conveniently located to a lot of things and very easy to get to.

We stayed here because we were going to an event at the convention center. The location of the place was absolutely perfect, walking distance, or a $5 uber. Can’t beat that! The bed is also super comfortable with an easy view to the tv. When we needed to reach out to Chris, he was super fast at responding and very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We needed a place last minute over the holidays.. This place was in a perfect location and was super convenient. Chris was very easy to reach and I appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this bungalow if you don't need a large place and you are in the San Jose area.

Chris was great at communicating and replied back to me fast. He was kind enough to provide a crib for our daughter to sleep in. Overall it was a good nights sleep for all of us. Would recommend for small families. We will most likely book with him again!

Our family absolutely loved this Airbnb. The house was spotless, beautifully updated, and had everything we needed. The location is walkable, peaceful, and felt very safe perfect for our in-laws during their visit. Chris was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay, which made everything even better. We would definitely book again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from downtown, making it super convenient to explore the area. Having my own parking spot was a huge plus, especially in a busy city. The place was impeccably clean and very comfortable; the couches and bed provided the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
There’s a convenient store right around the corner, which made grabbing snacks and essentials a breeze. Plus, I loved the taco trucks down the street—delicious food just minutes away! I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I can’t wait to return!

I fell in love with this place, as soon as I walked through the door. i don't have a single bad thing to say about this airbnb location or lodgings. everything about this place was perfect and i'm sure that you will feel the same.

We had a great stay.
Wonderful experience from booking through checkout. We had some questions and some requirements and Chris was responding / providing answers within minutes. We had some trouble with the lock and he was ready to send a person to repair within an hour. Extremely responsive host!
One thing I'd like to add about parking. You cant park in driveway and if you are visiting a place one is bound to return late in the night. The parking spots on the street are all taken. Be prepared to look for something a block or two away.
Plus be careful about parking on days they sweep the streets. When you arrive in middle of night looking for a spot to park you miss the posted signs. We were unlucky and were fined $65 for parking afte 8am on street sweeping day. Remember its the 3rd Friday and there's different time for opposite sides.
Other than above - a great stay.
