Walk to cafes, taquerias and the SoFA arts district; minutes to San Pedro Square, SJSU, the Convention Center and SAP Center. Close to Kelley Park, the Japanese Friendship Garden and the Guadalupe River Trail. Quick access to I-280, Hwy-87 and 101 makes exploring all of Silicon Valley easy.

Guest Access

Upper-level, modern 2BR/1BA rear unit featuring a bright, open layout and dedicated parking for two vehicles. The living room has a comfy sofa, large 75" smart TV, and a cozy den-style seating area for movie nights. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters, full-size appliances (including dishwasher), bar seating, and a small dining nook. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each offer plush queen beds with bamboo pillow, closets, and room-darkening shutters. The bathroom has a tiled shower/tub combo and ample storage. Laundry is on site with washers/dryers shared with other units. Outside, enjoy the shared backyard with fruit trees (pomegranate, orange, grape, lemons) and garden, fenced patio with lounge seating and garden planters; perfect for coffee or an evening wind-down. Fast gigabit fiber mesh network Wi-Fi (>1 Gbps) covers the whole home, and ceiling fans keep things comfortable. The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay. Pets welcome with approval. You will be able to self check-in with lockbox, but please confirm your reservation and checkin instruction and ask any question beforehand, especially when you plan to checkin really late - we might be at sleep. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 around the perimeters of the house. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through Airbnb app if there are any changes in advanced.

Other Details to Note

For our pet owners, please bring your pets for a walk instead of potty in the garden. The pee will kills the plants’ roots, we also don’t want to have other guests accidentally step into the poop. To be a good neighbor, please pick up after them whenever they go. Additionally, please clean up and take away the trash after to prevent overflowing our trash can. We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fee or excess trash if we have too much trash too early (Thurs is our trash pick up), we need to physically take the trash out to dump and pay additional fees! DO NOT put trash in the recycle bin, they will refuse to pick up our trash! Please note that we may occasionally need to access the garage to pick up supplies, and we will always do our best to be discreet. The laundry room is located outside the main house and can be accessed using the keypad code provided via Airbnb messages. The laundry facilities are shared with other units and with our cleaners, so we kindly ask that you do not use the machines between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm, as this time is reserved for housekeeping. Please also try not to leave clothing in the machines after the cycle finishes so that other guests can enjoy them as well. You are welcome to use the dedicated parking spaces on the driveway. Since we are located close to the airport, you may occasionally hear airplanes when the windows or doors are open. Most guests find this to be minor, but we wanted to let you know in advance.

Getting around is easy. Enjoy on-site driveway parking for two vehicles (tandem). Quick access to I-280, Hwy-87 and 101 puts all of Silicon Valley within reach. Downtown, SJSU and the Convention Center are a short drive or rideshare away; Diridon Station (Caltrain/Amtrak/VTA Light Rail) and SJC airport are about 10 minutes. E-scooters, bike lanes and local buses are nearby. Additional street parking is first-come, please follow posted signs/street-sweeping times.
