Great stay, close to a lot of stores that I regularly go to. Street parking: there were always spots available except for one time late at night. Chris is very kind and friendly, easy to communicate with, made checking in/out really easy!

fantastic bungalow, with all the right amenities. stayed there for a business trip and would highly recommend it. great appliances! loved the kitchen, would be great to feed the family or have a couple associates over for dinner. Living room was great with a nice big screen. The heat worked perfect, and for this time of year I was very thankful. place was very comfortable. This would be my first choice for my needs in San Jose!

Was a great place to stay! It’s next to some great restaurants that are within walking distance and it’s near a college so there is a nice atmosphere and friendly faces during the day and especially at night.

We really enjoyed our stay at this bungalow in the heart of downtown San Jose. The location is excellent — close to the university, the Caltrain station, and the San Jose Sharks arena, which made getting around very convenient. As expected for downtown California, parking is limited, so it’s something to be prepared for. If you’re driving a larger vehicle like an SUV, it can be a bit tight and may take some patience (reinforcements recommended — lol). That said, this is pretty typical for the area and not unexpected. The bungalow itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It had everything we needed for our stay, and the space felt welcoming and thoughtfully set up. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for a clean, centrally located spot in downtown San Jose.

For your own private room and bath, this listing is a great value given its proximity to downtown San Jose. Chris was very proactive in ensuring that I had everything I need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend Chris as a host to anyone looking to stay in San Jose.
