Gigabit fiber Wi-Fi 6 (>1 Gbps), 65" smart TV, and mid-century modern furnishings. 10 minutes to SJC, downtown San Jose, the Convention Center, SAP Center, SJSU, and Diridon Caltrain. Heat and AC controlled centrally by the main house. Backyard, patio, and laundry are shared with other guests on the property. Self check-in via smart lock. Pets welcome with approval.

Set in a calm residential pocket just south of downtown San Jose, our neighborhood blends convenience with local charm. Walk to cafes, taquerias and the SoFA arts district; minutes to San Pedro Square, SJSU, the Convention Center and SAP Center. Close to Kelley Park, the Japanese Friendship Garden and the Guadalupe River Trail. Quick access to I-280, Hwy-87 and 101 makes exploring all of Silicon Valley easy.
Guest Access
You'll have full private access to your suite, including the bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, dedicated workspace, and private entrance. Shared with other guests on the property: the laundry room (keypad access, code in your check-in message), the backyard with fruit trees and garden, the patio with seating, and the driveway/street parking area. The main house common areas are not part of your stay. Self check-in is via Schlage smart lock with a unique code generated for the duration of your stay.

Temperature is controlled centrally by the main house, kept between 68-76°F. Message us anytime if you need it adjusted. Parking is street-only - plenty of free spaces on Sherman St before 9 PM. Please don't block neighbor driveways. Laundry room hours: please avoid 11 AM - 3 PM (housekeeping window). Pets: please walk dogs off-property rather than in the garden, and pick up after them. We're 10 minutes from SJC, so you may hear an occasional airplane with windows open - most guests find it minor.

Downtown, SJSU and the Convention Center are a short drive or rideshare away; Diridon Station (Caltrain/Amtrak/VTA Light Rail) and SJC airport are about 10 minutes. E-scooters, bike lanes and local buses are nearby. Street parking is first-come, please follow posted signs/street-sweeping times.
